  22/04 installation crashed

Status in snapd package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  get rid of SNAPS unless one requests them. They have destroyed every
  installation of 22.04 I've tried. Not at first, but as they increase,
  the boot up for snap engine never ends - so NO boot! Fuck snaps!
