I solved it. The problem was that amd64-microcode was "hold" package.
sudo apt-mark showhold
amd64-microcode
amdgcn-tools

Try upgrade to 22.10/ But have an unsatisfied conflict linux kernel package with such message:
linux-image-generic:amd64 < none @un H > (= 5.19.0.23.22) can't be satisfied!
And i have no idea to solve it
