[Bug 1992590] [NEW] Reverting a previous zsys revert breaks the system: Failed to start Network Configuration

Public bug reported:

I've created a virtual machine to assess if zsys is still safe to use in
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and I've tried to revert to a previous snapshot. So far
so good, but once I try to revert the revert it gets unbootable: systemd
loops between Starting Network Time Synchronization and Failed to start
Network Configuration.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
  1. Revert to a previous snapshot
  2. Revert the revert
  3. See error

Expected behavior:
  Should revert the revert.

It's basically a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 LTS done following this
guide: https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-
docs/Getting%20Started/Ubuntu/Ubuntu%2022.04%20Root%20on%20ZFS.html#

I've create a btrfs snapshot of the virtual machine image prior to
attempting the revert, thus the issue is 100% reproducible on demand.
I'll be able to keep the VM snapshot around for a couple of weeks before
having to get rid of it to free up some space. In the meantime I'll be
able to provide remote access to it if you desire so.
