You seem to be trying to update from 'yakkety' repositories,a release
that has been end-of-life since 2017. Your submitted logs tell me that
you initially installed Ubuntu from a 'yakkety' install media. You have
probably enabled an option in 'Software & Updates' to get future updates
from that very out-of-date source hence the errors and warnings.
If you're still seeing this issue then please launch 'Software &
Updates' and disable the option at the foot of the first tab so that apt
doesn't search for updates from sources that no longer exists, that is
your original install media.
