Thank you, LGTM overall!

There's one small issue with the "maintainer update" commit, where the
versioned constraint on ncurses-term are restored to Ubuntu's version.
IMO we can keep those dropped and I fixed that up.

Also, I've added an "Use .orig.tar.bz2 from pristine-tar (git ubuntu
export-orig)." item to d/changelog, as I'll be uploading using the
.orig.tar.bz2 (instead of Debian's orig.tar.gz), as has been done with
the last merge.
