[Bug 1998057] [NEW] Errors when trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 22 due to PPA Launchpad packets

Public bug reported:

This is my understanding of what is happening, but I am not 100% sure : 
I cannot uninstall PPA launchpad packages, thus the related repo cannot be removed and the upgrade process fails...

I'll try to investigate when I'll have more time.
