  * Drop include-binaries stanzas, source packages must not include
    pre-built binaries.
  * Bump standards version
  * Drop unused VERSION variable from debian/rules
  * Delete embeded .git repository

Bug description:
  Kernel live-patch is afaik fully upstream and available for 'all' platforms (incl. s390x).
  But the kpatch-build tool does only support amd64 as of today.
