Thanks! OK, that shows that we've successfully booted the kernel, but it
is having an issue bringing up a CPU. I've pasted the relevant snippet
below. It isn't obvious to me if this is a kernel issue or some other
platform issue. As a next step, I'd suggest attempting to reproduce w/
the latest mainline kernel (continuing w/ earlycon enabled). If the
problem goes away, perhaps there's a mainline fix we can identify what
"fixed" it. If the problem persists, we probably need to notify the
vendor.
