apport-collect is a symlink to apport-bug which is a shell script that
calls /usr/share/apport/apport-kde from the apport-kde package.
apport-kde on Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) and Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy) depends on
python3-pyqt5. So marking this bug as fixed.
