[Bug 1995751] [NEW] update to 2.04-1ubuntu44.2 drops zz-update-grub

A user reported that the GRUB menu was no longer being updated on a
freshly deployed bionic system, and that this appears to be because
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/zz-update-grub has disappeared.
