This is failure is due to packages you have installed from PPAs.
Specifically it appears to be kubuntu-ppa/beta/ubuntu:

Installing plasma-discover-backend-flatpak:amd64 as Recomienda of kubuntu-desktop:amd64
    plasma-discover-backend-flatpak:amd64 Depende on plasma-discover:amd64 < 5.25.90-0ubuntu1~ubuntu22.04~ppa1 @ii mK > (= 5.25.5-0ubuntu1) can't be satisfied!
    kubuntu-desktop:amd64 Recomienda on plasma-discover-backend-flatpak:amd64 < none @un H > can't be satisfied! (dep)

Please run ppa-purge kubuntu-ppa/beta/ubuntu to remove those packages,
and then try the upgrade again.

  Unable to calculate update An unsolvable problem occurred while
  calculating update. This could be due to: * Unofficial software
  packages, not provided by Ubuntu Use the "ppa-purge" tool from the
  ppa-purge package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA PPA and try
  updating again. If none of these apply, then please report this bug
  using the "ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core" command
