[Impact]

 * This is a follow up for https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1959971 but
for zfs installations.

 * ZFS installations should have bpool as large, or bigger than /boot on
non-zfs installs.

[Test Plan]

 * Install zfs

 * Check size of bpool

 * It should be at least 1792 MB

[Where problems could occur]

 * This will result in less space available for the rpool
