  [nvidia] Boot freeze - can't get to login screen without unplugging

Bug description:
  Just installed ubuntu  20.04 and I am stuck on ubuntu with a spining
  logo. If I go to other tty and unplug the HDMI screens I can get to
  the login screen, Otherwise I cant. I did checked the md5sum of the
  iso before installing and its was correct.
