Title:
livecd-rootfs is broken for the Unmatched board

Status in livecd-rootfs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed
Status in livecd-rootfs source package in Jammy:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]

The recent support for the VisionFive board broke the unmatched build
since it removed the installation of u-boot-menu by mistake.

  [Test Plan]

Build an unmatched image and test it on qemu/unmatched.

  [Where problems could occur]

This could then break other RISC-V boards but this patch only touches
code in the unmatched path so that should not happen.
