[Bug 1981890] [NEW] Install fails when attempting to install efi partition code

Public bug reported:

Installer strongly demanded creation of EFI partition on a system which
does not have UEFI support.

Creation of EFI partition performed manually along with separate root
partition and home partition on second drive.

Installer failed when attempting to install boot code on the EFI
partition.
