Additionally, it looks like SecureBoot is enabled on your system. If
possible, try entering your BIOS setup, and disabling SecureBoot, and
see if that resolves the problem. (Obviously, everything should work
with SecureBoot enabled, but knowing if the problem goes away when
SecureBoot is disabled will help debug the issue.)
