This line from the attached VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt is suspicious:

      Installing gstreamer1.0-pipewire as Depends of gnome-shell
        gstreamer1.0-pipewire:amd64 Depends on pipewire:amd64 < 0.3.53.r23.ge1cb7c6-1~ubuntu20.04 @ii mK > (= 0.3.48-1ubuntu1) can't be satisfied!
      previously satisfied important dependency on ubuntu-session:amd64

Since you have a pipewire PPA enable, I would suspect that to be the
culprit. Please try purging any packages from that PPA using the `ppa-
purge` tool, and then try the upgrade again.
