Public bug reported:
Timezone selection map shows incorrect national boundary of India. The
territorial boundary of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh are
not correct. Map should include areas claimed by the state. A neutral
map should be used for disputed regions.
How to reproduce:
1. Boot the ubuntu installer
2. Go to the timezone selection menu
3. Boundaries of Indian states are displayed incorrectly
