had the same issue ,now i cant even log onto windows

  grub boot loader not installng

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  While installing ubuntu with windows. I selected my 2nd hard disk and
  tried installing...  But it showed me that it failed installing grub2
  boot loader. Now I'm stuck and i cant even switch too windows
