Patch to ignore bcache in os-prober is published already in 2017:

All advises to use GRUB_OS_PROBER_SKIP_LIST are irrelevant as this list
is applied to the results of os-prober. And the error message appears
during run of os-prober.

Bug description:
Every time a new kernel is installed or GRUB is updated, the message
"device-mapper: reload ioctl on osprober-linux-nvme0n1p4 failed"
appears. The partition is used by bcache as caching device. The
backing device does not report any error.
