[Bug 1960463] [NEW] live usb disk with persistence installer crashed once

I am running kubuntu 20.04.3 from 16gb USB stick with persistence. Every
time i start the system, i am seeing an installer crashed popup message
and hence reporting this bug. How can this message be avoided and more
importantly is there any underlying issue that needs to be fixed?
