Bug description:
  Installing any package is triggering man-db and it is taking 1 minute
  or more to complete stucking at following message:

  Processing triggers for man-db (2.9.0-2) ...

  There is no further message in journal or anywhere giving a clue about
  an underlying problem. The system is hosted on a SSD. During waiting
  time there is no process running high.
