Symptoms do not repeat.

  * Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 3
  * Lenovo Thinkpad Thunderbolt Dock Gen 2
  * Logitech USB camera, connected to dock
  
  OS: Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
  
  Upgrading "ThinPad P1 Gen3 X1 Extreme 3rd Corporate ME Update" firmware
  from 225.53.1649
  to 225.67.2046
  
  from "Snap store"→"Updates"
  rendered USB camera unfunctional, while it was before the update.
  
  Symptoms:
  - No camera image from either the internal camera or external camera.
  - one of the cameras also caused delays on audio processing (robotic sound)
  
  Errors from jounal:
  - multiple "[4433:4433:1216/104615.346833:ERROR:shared_image_factory.cc(575)] Could not find SharedImageBackingFactory with params: usage: Gles2|Raster|DisplayRead|Scanout, format: RG_88, share_between_threads: 0, gmb_type: shared_memory"
  - multiple "[5018:46:1216/104650.352750:ERROR:h264_bitstream_parser.cc(187)] Streams with pred_weight_table unsupported."
  - 2 x "[OpenH264] this = 0x0x3cd415e9cc90, Warning:Actual input framerate 0.000000 is different from framerate in setting 10.000000, suggest to use other rate control modes"
