Bug description:
Ubuntu 22.10 currently packages and distributes most of the LLVM-15
packages, but it is missing spirv-llvm-
translator-15/libllvmspirvlib15. This package is needed in order to
properly build support for Ray Tracing on Mesa in the Intel Vulkan
  driver.

Moving to LLVM-14 should work for building said support, but
unfortunately it hits a different issue where libclc-14 (version
14.0.6-2) was built without support for llvm-spirv, so it is missing
some components. These are properly available on libclc-15 (as of
  version 15.0.2-1).
