Hi,

the Ubuntu mirror you try to upgrade from does not have the files for
Ubuntu 22.04 ( http://ftp.vectranet.pl/ubuntu//dists ).

Please select an official Ubuntu mirror before you start the upgrade:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors

You can find a default file for /etc/apt/sources.list at:
https://gist.githubusercontent.com/ishad0w/788555191c7037e249a439542c53e170/raw/3822ba49241e6fd851ca1c1cbcc4d7e87382f484/sources.list

It is also highly recommended to disable all active PPAs in
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ before you start the upgrade.
