With other OS detected grub menu will show and wait for 10s.

In this screenshot right side is ipmi console and left side is BMC virtual console.
grub menu is available on BMC virtual console but not on ipmi console.

Bug description:
  I tried to install with 20.04.4 ISO and jammy beta ISO. With 20.04.4
  server live arm64 ISO grub menu is shown on ipmitool sol console but
  not shown with jammy beta ISO.

  After 30sec kernel is loaded and kernel message is available with both
  ISO installed.
