  Ubuntu 21.10 Failure during installation

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 21.10 have a failure during installation. The first freeze
  occurs at stage 4. If you exit and run the installer again, then the
  installation continues without freezing, but after a while the
  installation ends with an error. Dell AiO Optiplex 3030
