Title:
Display does not work, to 21.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I did upgrade to 21.04 from 20.04 LTS.
After "sudo do-release-upgrade" and reboot, the GUI screen does not come on.
I confirmed display backlight, the keyboard, and some commands are working.
When the Linux kernel changed 5.4.0 from 5.11, it worked fine.
This bug report sends from that same PC.
