  plymouth blinks and freezes on shutdown

Bug description:
  Plymouth splash works fine, shutsdown the HDD and turns up again
  freezed on shutdown. It takes few seconds and then shutdown the PC.
  But if I press F2 during splash is responsive, the system shuts down
  in one shot.

  I am using NVIDIA proprietary-tested drivers, with Intel (Power
  saving) option. Everything was perfect on 20.04 LTS until I upgrade to
  21.04.
