[Bug 1942801] [NEW] Installed Crashed After Addding Manual Partitioning Scheme

Public bug reported:

Used the manual partitioning in the installer to setup a /home, /, and
swap partion. Then the installer asked for my location for timezone,
then the installer crashed.

Installer was very laggy to begin with. Was laggy with both UEFI and
without.
