Bug description:
  AFAIK Whiptail has a built-in RTL script support, which is awesome on
  many environment with no RTL support such as text-based Debian
  installer or TTYs. But recently VTE added support for RTL languages
  and now, Whiptail is broken on GNOME Terminal, etc.
