[Bug 1946913] [NEW] u-boot HiFive Unleashed image missing OpenSBI

Public bug reported:

Due to a typo in impish u-boot's debian/targets.mk ("unleased" instead
of "unleashed"), the HiFive Unleashed u-boot.itb has no OpenSBI and is
unbootable.

With the missing "h" added, you get

which boots fine.
