The Problem is that this blocks the Grub-Menu from beeing displayed
(while some say they can use the keys to navigate blindly on the menu.
didnt test this so far myself)
So in case of some recovery beeing needed this gets a big issue.

Title:
"Could not create MokListRT" message on boot
Status in shim-signed package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Hi,
I upgraded to Kubuntu 21.04 from Kubuntu 20.10.

enough resources", "Could not create MokListRT: Not enough resources".
The OS boots and works without problem. But every time I get this
messages while bootup which used to be not the case with 20.10.
