Looks like there was some historical build of arm64 u-boot that didn't
include the "unzip" command in the build. Anyway, this definitely works
at this point (or focal wouldn't boot :)

** Changed in: u-boot (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Fix Released

** Changed in: u-boot (Ubuntu Focal)

Title:
  Raspberry Pi doesn't boot anymore after installing a 64bit kernel

Status in u-boot package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in u-boot source package in Focal:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Flashed an SD card with the daily Focal preinstalled raspi armhf image
  which boots just fine. Then added the arm64 architecture (dpkg --add-
  architecuture arm64) and install the 64bit kernel (same version as the
  preinstalled 32bit kernel). This also installed a couple of other
  64bit packages but the end result is that the Pi no longer boots.
