[Bug 1884307] Re: no Montréal listed in city?

I wanted to give an update to this as I am installing 21.04 and those
changes have somewhat been taken into consideration:

1. Thanks a lot for those;
2. During initial setup, city is listed as "Mont-real" while it should be "Montréal" (Very minor cosmetic flaw);
3. When selecting "Mont-real" the "CONTINUE" button never shows up and I need to use something like Toronto. Then it works (Minor bug?);

Title:
  no Montréal listed in city?

Status in Ubuntu MATE:
  New
Status in tzdata package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  It was olek @ UMC (https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/20-04-some-very-
  minor-annoyances-for-when-working-in-tty7/22142) whom suggested me to
  bug report this so why not ;)

  Why are the only 2 selectable cities from GMT-5 (Eastern) are: Toronto
  and NYC? There's also this other city called Montréal who hosts a
  whole bunch of different of people in between the two.

  Oh, and did you know that there was also a province and infrastructure
  surrounding this whole city? We better be start using it in 2020!
