Public bug reported:

Sorry but I didn't found the right category for this bug. Many gamers
reported a bug that causes slow motion animations in the game Horizon
Zero Dawn. You can find this thread here:
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/4125

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS and I'm also affected by this bug (Kernel
5.4.0-72-generic). The issue affecting in my case in combination with
Intel Turbo Boost that boosts my CPU base block from 3.70 GHz up to 4.60
GHz. When I disable this feature the game runs in normal speed. It might
be an issue with the Intel P-State Driver. To disable the Intel P-State
driver in Linux isn't a proper solution for my opinion. To disable the
Intel Turbo Boost in BIOS is a acceptable workaround but causes a great
performance loss.

I also attached you a complete HWinfo.

It would be very nice if you could keep an eye on this issue and fix it.
I don't know if Death Stranding is also affected by this issue because
it uses the same engine as Horizon Zero Dawn, but to fix this bug could
help for future.
