  ubi-partman crashed when choosing guided encrypted llvm installation

Bug description:
  In the Kubuntu installer I choose guided encrypted LVM install and
  after clicking "Install Now" ubi-partman crashes with exit code 141.

  Choosing "Guided - use entire disk" does work without a problem.
