  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Ubuntu 19.10 (development version)
  2. Install `aptitude`
  3. Launch `aptitude`
  4. Open Tasks subtree

  Expected results:
  * Task names have first letter in place

  Actual results:
  * Task names miss first letters in names (independently on terminal size). See text output below and enclosed screenshot.
