Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu.

Ubuntu 19.10 (eoan) reached end-of-life on July 17, 2020.
Ubuntu 19.04 (disco) reached end-of-life on January 23, 2020.

We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested
in discussing it any more. But if you are then please upgrade (via
install) to a supported release of Ubuntu and re-test. If you then find
the bug is still present in the newer Ubuntu version, please add a
comment here telling us which new version it is in.

(the intended and fully supported upgrade path from 19.04 was to the
next release, or to 19.10, which was open until 19.10 itself reached
EOL; Ubuntu 19.04 was not a LTS release)

  I can't install the app while the apps are running and running on another ubuntu.
  I can't update ubuntu 19.04 to 20.04 anymore
