Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Ubuntu MATE 18.04 04/01/2014 i386, after OEM setup and “preparing for
  shipping to end user”, it boots in rescue mode. It happens on QEMU VM,
  other kinds of installation worked fine.
