  do-release-upgrade not work

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  do-release-upgrade is failed for Xubuntu from 18.04 to 20.04.
  I remove all ppas according to the console message in vain.
  I think all logs in /var/log/dist-upgrade are sent with this report.
  Please inform me if the other information is necessary.
