EDIT: Turns out that 1. The SD card that I keep in was messing me up,
and 2. the MOK keys were already used by my previous install.

  1. I am installing Ubuntu Budgie 20.10 Groovy
  2. My laptop is an HP 14-dq1043cl
  3. Last time I did an installation it worked with Secure Boot. I did something stupid in that installation and now I'm doing a clean install
  4. GRUB failed to install, says it's a fatal error.
