my 100MB win reserved partition was visible on win as D:
this is very unusual

Bug description:
After installation of Windows 7 ultimate onto SSD I shrinked the
original size in order to make room for Ubuntu 2020-04 - the
installation manager notified me that an EFI partition was need, I
added it but the finalization failed
