After some research I think, the best solution would be to create an
additional zfs file system in the pool and use that partition as the
swap partition.

Title:
Default /etc/crypttab is using dev/sd*instead of uuid for swap
  partition

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I'm not quite sure if this is the right category so excuse me, if I'm
  wrong here.

I've installed Ubuntu 21.10 using the latest installer. During the
installation I've enabled zfs and encryption. The installer created a
/etc/crypttab file that looks like this:

  cryptoswap /dev/sda2 /dev/urandom swap,initramfs

This is really bad because the disk behind /dev/sda may change and
unfortunately did change in my case. This can lead to data lost on
  other disks.

I would suggest to use the UUID instead of "/dev/sda2".
