Public bug reported:
Using daily update image for 20.04
Placing activation-mode in the netplan section of the user-data file results in an error about an unknown token. After the automated install fails and you get dumped to a shell, no changes to files in /etc/netplan are needed to make the netplan try or netplan apply commands work without error.
Documentation on this token are at https://netplan.io/reference/ (and
elsewhere).
** Affects: subiquity (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
