Your /etc/apt/sources.list file contains entries for focal and not
groovy but it does seem like you are running Ubuntu 20.10. Please update
your sources.list file to reflect the actual release you are running.
Also please be aware that it is not currently recommended to upgrade to
Ubuntu 21.04 due to a bug with shim which we will resolve shortly.
