Bug description:
  Context:
   Step 3 in"Ukui-control-center(Ubuntu Kylin) in Ubuntu Kylin Desktop amd64" in Hirsute Final (version 20210420).
  Configuration:x86 Physical machine installation
  Actual results:
  In the settings of the control panel, the adjustment bar under the sound is grayed out and cannot be adjusted
  Expected results:
  In the settings of the control panel, the adjustment bar under the sound can be adjusted
