[Bug 1922735] [NEW] Incorrect grub menu appears in live session

Public bug reported:

When loading the live ISO session, an accessibility icon should appear,
which then takes you to a menu where you can select language and other
options, but this hasn't been present for many months in Hirsute daily
ISOs for xubuntu. Instead a simple grub menu appears.
