[Bug 1922499] [NEW] Ubuntu 21.04 installer crashed on encrypted partition install

Public bug reported:

I tried to install on encrypted partition (/boot unencrypted, /
encrypted).

Same steps installing works on 20.04.x images install, but crashes on
21.04 beta


Installing without encryption works
