Bug description:
  There is no possibility to start dirty degraded IMSM array. mdadm
  refuses to assemble that array, even if --force flag is passed. Commit
  https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/mdadm/mdadm.git/commit/?id=7b99edab2834d5d08ef774b4cff784caaa1a186f
  fixes the issue by respecting force flag during IMSM raids assembly.
